Official Opening
of the Restored Powder Magazine and
Annual General Meeting
Limehouse Memorial
Hall, 10 a.m.
The meting will immediately follow the Official Opening of the Restored
Powder Magazine held on site. All are welcome. This will be a
great opportunity for people to come and see the great restoration work
accomplished by Gerry Inglis and his crew that is documented elsewhere
on this site.
Mayor Rick Bonnette is scheduled
to be present.

Georgetown's
B.I.G. Show
Marsha and Ted Batchelor,
Susan Cox, Ray Shier and Mary Shier manned the LKS booth at Georgetown's
B.I.G. show. LKS had a great display thanks to Ian Duff for donating the
booth space and to Susan Cox for some great new poster visuals that were
eye - catchers for the booth.
The LKS volunteers
received positive interest and feedback about the Society, and particularly
the restoration project that will be officially opened on June 25, 2005
(see above).
